Hello Friends,
I hope your new year started with awesome creativity. Mine sure did...:) ! I was thrilled when I received these dies from Ranganjali for GD post. I love how they are developing the product line suitable for Indian crafters. With their traditional design stamps and dies , it is so easy to make wedding invites, shagun envelopes, diwali cards etc.
Today I am sharing their first die, Fancy Fireworks!

This die cuts those tiny stars and mark/deboss the lines. So it does two jobs in one go. The quality is superb. It cuts those tiniest stars from 300 gsm card stock like a butter.
For the card, I used City scape stamp from Altenew. I stamped it on dark grey card stock with versamark ink using MISTI as I just wanted outlines to fill colors. I left the stamp in MISTI . I colored the buildings with Prismacolor pencils. The tone-on-tone stamping helps me to stay inline and allow smooth coloring. Once coloring is done, I rubbed the whole panel with anti static powder, put it back in MISTI, stamped with versamark once again & embossed with white embossing powder. Cut few star burst from the sky part and backed it with silver glitter paper. I also ran a Wink of Stella glitter brush pen between two lines of star burst for added glam. It is difficult to see the glittery, tiny stars in picture but it looks amazing in person. Added a sentiment to finish the card. This die works well for Diwali cards too.

For the second card, I cut few star burst pattern on a white cardstock panel and highlighted it with ink blending.

The glasses are cut with a MFT die from colored cardstock. I added interest to it by dabbing with versamark pen and embossed with gold powder. Sentiment is from Mama Elephant. I mounted the whole panel on a white card base using foam tape to give a little depth to the die cuts.

I hope you liked the cards I made. Looking forward to see you soon with another dies by Ranganjali.
