Hi There!
I am Bharati Nayudu from Handmade Happiness! I am very excited to be Guest Designing for Ranganjali and sharing ideas for Diwali cards using some of their exclusive products. Do visit their store for very elegant and fabulous designs. Click Here
Diwali is a Hindu Festival of lights and its marked by decorating the houses with lights and having fun with fireworks. It's an occasion to wish your loved ones joy and prosperity.
Card 1 : Ranganjali Radiant Rakhi Die Set

To make this card I die cut some glitter card stock in different colors using the
Then on a white card base I adhered the die cuts in the patterns of my choice.
I really love the gorgeous patterns and the intricate design on this die set. It's a set with four dies that can be used independently as well as together. To finish the card I added the sentiment from the Ranganjali Rakshabandhan Wishes Clear Stamp Set and mounted it on a deep red card base.

Card 2 : Ranganjali Fancy Fireworks

I made this card using the Ranganjali Fancy Fireworks die . On a black card stock I die cut with the fireworks die twice. I die cut some glitter card stock with the same die and then in laid the little star pieces.

To finish the card I added a die cut sentiment and mounted it on a white card base.
Card 3: Ranganjali Radiant Rakhi Die Set

Isn't it fun to stretch the dies and use them in other ways than intended?? I used this piece from the Rakhi builder set that was supposed to be the part connecting the rakhi to the threads.. here I have used it was Diwali lanterns .
To make this card I die cut this piece in different glitter card stock and then adhered them on a black card stock that had a string in gold. I then heat embossed the sentiment in white that says "Best wishes for Diwali " in hindi. I really love the font of this sentiment.
Do let me know what you think about it in the comments section. I love reading your views and highly appreciate your time on my blog.
Thank you Ranganjali for this lovely opportunity!
Happy Crafting !! Have fun!!
