Hello Crafters,
We are back with a new challenge. In accordance with our aim to celebrate our culture through paper-crafting, theme for October challenge is going to be ‘Traditional’.

It can also be interpreted as ethnic, folk or festival related. Use at least one distinguishable traditional Indian element in your projects. If you are making Diwali cards, this is a perfect challenge for you and if not, we hope that this challenge will inspire you to create some.
Check out these projects for some ideas. These are also good examples of mixing & matching Ranganjali Diwali stamp sets with stamps from different brands to create Diwali greetings.
1) Hennah elements in a flop card

2) Folk flowers with distressed background
Distress inks used in the blended background are Broken China, Peacock Feathers & Cracked Pistachio.
c) Persian motifs in alcohol inks as Diwali Greetings
d) Diwali Diya with filigree windows & e) Auspicious beginnings with Ikat background
f) Doily circle & g) Lacy flower stamps as Rangolis
Current challenge will stay open till November 5, 2016 11.59pm IST. Please see the submission rules in the sidebar. Submit your projects by linking them below. You can also share them on Instagram with #ranganjali and/on our Facebook page. We will be giving away a gift voucher towards Ranganjali Store purchases worth Rs. 500 as a prize to one lucky winner.

We had some gorgeous submissions this month with September challenge- Sparkly and Shiny. Thank you all for joining us in September. One lucky winner of the challenge is Pooja from Let’s Get Craftyy. In her mix-media project, she has not only reused an empty box but also up-cycled many random household items into embellishments.
